Article XI. Reporting and Correspondence
Section 1. All member chapters shall be required to report on the status of their chapter on a monthly basis to the District Secretary, their Lt. Governor, and Sponsoring Kiwanis Club using the official T-O Chapter Report Forms

Section 2. These forms shall be formulated by the District Secretary, with the approval of the District Board, at the beginning of each administrative year.Â

Section 3. Reports (Secretary Monthly Report Form: SMRF and Presidents Monthly Report Form: PMRF) shall be submitted by the 5th of the month and 10th of the month respectively.
