Article XII. Contests and Awards
Section 1. All awards shall be given annually (as defined by the CKI Administrative year: April 1st to March 31st) if deemed appropriate.

Section 2. A manual containing descriptions, criteria, rules, and areas of judging for the District Awards shall be published and distributed to all necessary people no later than the second week in November.

Section 3. In an effort to encourage participation in CKI contests and awards, District contests and awards shall be modeled after CKI where appropriate.

Section 5. Changes to the District Code on Contests and Awards must be approved by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of voting members of the District Board of Officers.
