Article VI. Board Meetings

The matter to be voted upon shall have been communicated by telephone or certified/electronic mail to each board member by the District Administrator at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting.
No less than quorum of the District Board shall have participation in the meeting.
The vote on any matter shall be in the form of roll call by the District Board, tallied by the District Secretary and the District Administrator, who shall announce immediately the result of the vote and preserve the tally sheet that will be produced at the next Board meeting.
Section 5 – In the absence of the Governor from a meeting, the District Board of Officers shall designate a member of the board to act as chairperson for that meeting upon the recommendation of the District Staff.

Section 9 – In the event a board member has an unexcused absence from a required board meeting or event, they will be responsible for any incurred expenses, and the status of their position will be evaluated.
