Section 1 – Pursuant to Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis District Policy 34, any CKI club that wishes to directly engage with a Kiwanis Service Leadership Program including, but not limited to, Key Club, Builders Club, and K-Kids must require a Criminal Background Investigation (CBI) for those members directly engaged with the above named programs.

Section 2 – Texas-Oklahoma Circle-K Board of Officers recommends that all elected club officers complete a CBI to maintain positive Kiwanis Family relations.
