Section 1 – It shall be the responsibility of the Laws and Regulations Committee to maintain these bylaws. Accordingly, the Laws and Regulations Committee is authorized, with the voting approval of the board, to make grammatical, formatting, spelling, and other conflicting errors, so long as it does not change the meaning or intent of this document.

Section 2 – Any member, club, or club board of officers in good standing with the Texas-Oklahoma District may propose amendments to the District Bylaws. This will be in accordance with Article 10, Section 16 of the International Bylaws.
