The Public Relations and Marketing Committee Chair and Administrative Webmaster are responsible for maintaining the T-O CKI Website.
The content of the website should include:
Current board member information
District and Divisional Event Details
Links to major events (i.e., Fall Retreat and District Convention)
Divisional pages listing chapters in the division and other divisional information
Governing Documents (read only form)
Board meeting agenda points and actions taken (read only form)
A link to the Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis District website
A link to the Circle K International website
A section describing what CKI is
District Goals
CKI service initiatives and/or partners
T-O Today Publications
The website should be updated as needed and all information on the website should be current (within at least a month). All postings and updates to the website can be removed by the Governor and Administrator(s).
All members of the CKI District Board consent to have their name, picture, and contact information posted to the website. All officers of clubs within the T-O District shall approve or deny consent to post names, pictures, and contact information on the COCRF. Attendance by any person at District and Club events and/or submission of information may indicate approval to use pictures and names on the website.
The email address of the webmaster and a disclaimer of Kiwanis liability for the content on the website must be on the bottom of each page on the website.
Under no circumstances shall there be any alcohol, drug, or sexual references on any page or link attached to the T-O CKI website.
The Public Relations and Marketing Committee Chair, Governor, and Administrator(s) have the authority to shut down any link or member account on the website that does not conform to this policy.
Only the Public Relations and Marketing Committee Chair, Governor, and Administrator(s), or designate of the Administrator may post or make changes to the T-O CKI website.
